Renewal of Dog Management Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) Consultation
Bolsover District Council is intending to renew the existing district wide dog management Public Spaces Protection Order.

The PSPO includes restrictions which will deal with persistent and unreasonable conduct by individuals in a public place which is detrimental to the local community’s quality of life. Renewing the Order will mean it lasts for a further three years, until October 2029.
You can view the existing Order and access the consultation survey using the link below. We welcome your views and encourage you to complete the surveys as the feedback will be considered before renewing the order in October 2026.
The consultation will end on 31st August 2026.
